About the Role:

NTT DATA is looking for a motivated Events & Marketing Specialist to support the growth and visibility of its consulting business across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering client-facing events, driving social media engagement, and supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives. Working closely with client managers, subject matter experts, and external partners, you will play a key part in strengthening brand positioning and generating business opportunities. This position contributes directly to business development by enhancing client engagement and showcasing expertise across key technology and consulting domains.

Your role:

• Plan and deliver end-to-end client-facing events, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats (webinars, roundtables, executive events)
• Manage all event logistics such as venues, suppliers, budgets, registrations, and on-site coordination
• Develop and publish engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Create marketing assets including email campaigns, invitations, newsletters, and presentations
• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content
• Maintain marketing communication channels (intranet, announcements, internal updates)
• Manage CRM activities including campaign tracking, contact management, lead tracking, and reporting
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all communications and materials
• Monitor campaign and event performance and provide insights for continuous improvement

Your profile:

Must Have:

• Native Dutch speaker with excellent writing skills
• Fluent in English (French is a strong asset)
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, event management, or a similar B2B role
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Digital native with hands-on experience in social media and content creation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with a “can-do” mindset
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience supporting events, campaigns, or thought leadership initiatives

Nice to have:

• Experience in a Big Four, consulting, or professional services environment, with exposure to B2B marketing, client engagement, and/or business development activities.
