- Lead new product introduction (NPI), process transfers, and factory trials
- Optimize production lines to improve throughput, reduce waste and losses
- Define and implement process standards, work instructions and recipes
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, engineering and operations teams
- Analyze process performance and identify continuous improvement actions
- Support and coach shopfloor teams on best practices and standards
- Manage process validation linked to chocolate liquid & solid processing
- Drive product industrialization and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or similar)
- First experience in FMCG / food / process industry
- Strong knowledge of chocolate or similar processing technologies: Mixing, refining, conching, tempering, depositing
- Understanding of rheology and process parameters
- Familiarity with SAP, MES or industrial automation tools
- Hands-on mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence, train and engage operational teams
- Fluent in English (and French/Dutch preferred)
