Technical Trainer Consultant

Mission Overview:

As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality technical training for our dealer network and internal teams at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the correct maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles, in line with manufacturer standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training sessions (classroom, workshop, digital or blended learning).
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to technicians and dealer staff.
• Adapt training approach to audience level (junior to expert).
• Translate manufacturer training material into clear, practical and impactful modules.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training programmes.
• Integrate new technologies (EV, digital tools, diagnostics systems) into training content.
• Stay up to date with automotive innovations (electrification, connectivity, etc.).
• Maintain strong technical knowledge aligned with OEM standards.
• Support dealerships in understanding technical procedures and best practices.
• Prepare training environments (vehicles, tools, components).
• Manage training materials and equipment when needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (training managers, technical experts).
• Ensure training meets manufacturer requirements and certification standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance (ISO, audit context).
• Support the Academy in achieving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Profile:

• Strong technical knowledge in automotive technology.
• Experience in diagnostics, repair or technical support (dealer or OEM environment).
• Experience as a trainer is a strong asset.
• Strong pedagogical skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Comfortable presenting and facilitating training sessions.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Passion for training and knowledge sharing.
• Strong adaptability in a fast-changing technical environment.
• Structured and quality-driven mindset.
• Team player.
