We currently have a requirement for a LOTO Coordinator (Electrical) for construction projects in Belgium. The successful candidate will be equally capable of working independently or as part of a larger team and will report directly to the Project Director.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage LOTO plans for electrical systems
• Coordinate electrical isolation for maintenance and project activities
• Verify zero-energy states (electrical, stored electrical energy such as capacitors, UPS systems, etc.)
• Work with operations, maintenance, EHS, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with:OSHA / local electrical safety regulationsGMP requirementsSite SOPs and permit-to-work systems
• Maintain isolation registers and documentation
• Lead toolbox talks and electrical safety briefings
• Support shutdowns, turnarounds, energisation, and commissioning activities
• Audit contractor compliance with electrical LOTO and isolation procedures

Qualifications

• Degree educated or very strong trades' background
• At least 5 years' experience in the Construction Sector on live sites
• Significant LOTO and supervision experience
• Mission Critical or Life Science projects essential
• Excellent reporting and communication skills essential
