🚀 We’re Hiring: Injection Molding Technician / Operator 🚀
Are you technically skilled and passionate about plastics, machinery, and production processes? Then this opportunity might be for you!
Our client is a leading Belgian manufacturing company and a trusted partner of major international players in the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors. They specialize in producing high-precision metal and plastic components through a fully integrated and innovative production process.
What will you do?
As an Injection Molding Technician / Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities include:
✅ Setting up, changing, starting, and monitoring injection molding machines
✅ Performing quality checks at production startup according to specifications
✅ Preventing defects and ensuring products meet quality standards
✅ Carrying out preventive maintenance on molds
✅ Suggesting improvements related to safety, quality, environment, and efficiency
✅ Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized
What are we looking for?
✔️ You have a technical diploma (TSO – Mechanics, Plastics, or similar)
✔️ You have experience in a plastic processing or manufacturing environment
✔️ You have knowledge of plastic injection molding and molds
✔️ You enjoy hands-on technical work
✔️ You can work independently but also thrive in a team
✔️ You speak Dutch and/or English fluently
