YOU WILL VIBE WITH US:

We are looking for a Credit Collection Officer to join our Finance Department.

As a Credit Collection Officer you will join a team of 5 people dedicated to credit collection with a strong link with the accounting team (7 people). You will report to the Head of Credit & Collections and to the Finance Director.

The Credit Collection Officer is regularly in contact with key stakeholders apart from clients such as finance managers sales teams and customer care teams.

Under the supervision guidance and support of the manager the Credit Collection Officer will be in charge of:

• Manage the client portfolio.

• Handle outbound calls with clients regarding payment delays.

• Treat client requests per phone e-mail and ticketing (such as invoice copies reimbursement of wrong payment direct debit activation orders release )

• Keep the client master data up to date.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

• You have at least one professional experience in a customer-facing role and are eager to learn and progress in Credit Collection.

• You are comfortable with IT tools and proficient in Excel (basic functions and shortcuts). You also possess basic knowledge in accounting and a genuine interest in the field.

• You demonstrate good communication skills and are bilingual in French and Dutch (oral and written). English will be an additional asset.

• Being familiar with tools such as Oracle Sidetrade Zendesk and/or Excel is a plus.

• You are customer oriented proactive a team-player organized and with sense of accuracy. Enthusiasm and sense of humor are welcome !

OTHER INFORMATION

• Full-time contract (38 hours/week): 6 months of interim period followed by a permanent contract.

• Location: Brussels (Auderghem)
