Your Challenge

As an Shopper Marketing Intern, you will support our Shopper Marketing team in the Netherlands and contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of retail marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

You will work closely with Shopper Marketing, Sales, external agencies, and suppliers to bring our brands to life at the point of sale.

Your Responsibilities

Creation & Activation

• Support the development of POS materials, including in-store displays, digital banners, sampling activities, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of Shopper Marketing tools and materials.
• Contribute fresh and creative ideas to enhance brand visibility in-store, online, and in Out-of-Home channels.

Performance & Insights

• Analyze promotional results and retail data to identify insights and recommendations.
• Support performance tracking and competitor analysis.
• Assist with ad hoc marketing projects and market research.

Events & Out-of-Home

• Support the organization and execution of internal and external events.
• Assist in product launches, activations, and sponsorship initiatives.

Process Improvement

• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and best-practice materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization within the team.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Analytical and comfortable working with data.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Passionate about brands, retail, and FMCG.
