Are you ready to join us?

Your Responsibilities:

  • You act as the internal focal point for all matter pertaining to Quality affecting the program/supplier.
  • You validate with the Customer/Supplier the applicable Quality Requirements, ensuring their cascade/compliance during each program phase and through the entire supply chain.
  • You support the Program/BUY Manager and respective team in measurement and analysis of the quality performance.
  • You ensure that the process KPIs show an ongoing improvement trend, matching with agreed Quality objectives. You manage product non conformities including the conduct of Root Cause Analysis and implementation of resulting corrective/preventive actions.
  • You ensure the follow through of actions pursuant to Customer/Supplier or Authority audits and contribute to resolving any malfunction, risk or event endangering program objectives and Customer satisfaction.
  • You promote and deploy preventive approaches and best practices to anticipate non conformities on both processes and delivered products through. When applicable, you participate to the evaluation, selection and qualification of a new supplier
  • You participate to the requirements redaction and validation process and procedures.
  • Showing the relevant competencies to become a member of the MRB for the above technic domains,
  • Showing the relevant competencies to become a CVE for the above technic domains

Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Electromechanics Engineering, electronics, or equivalent.
  • Technical skills in the following topics : electric, electronic, avx, systems for aerospace application, including integration of upgraded systems,
  • Several years of experience in aviation industry or other highly regulated industry, preferably as quality assurance engineer
  • Preferably having knowledge and experience in aviation industries quality system organisation (PART, EMAR, ISO, EN, AQAP, …)
  • Experience in audit is a plus
  • Good knowledge of English, French and/or Dutch
  • Good communication -, presentation – and literacy skills
  • High sense of customer satisfaction, personal integrity and attitude towards flight safety
  • Analytical skills, precise, result-driven, objective, open-minded, fair and determined
  • Ability to work autonomously and use common information systems (MS office) #LI-CG1
