Role Overview

A premier international manufacturer of commercial transport and heavy vehicle technology is seeking a dedicated Fleet Operations Consultant. In the fast-paced logistics industry, our primary goal is simple: maximize fleet uptime and keep global supply chains operating seamlessly. Working out of our commercial and industrial site in Ghent, Belgium, you will represent an elite automotive brand, serving as the essential connection between senior engineering specialists and the commercial organizations driving international commerce. This role extends far beyond standard customer care. You will take direct charge of providing expert technical support, diagnostic resolutions, and tailored operational strategies to corporate fleet managers and authorized service hubs throughout our global network.

Candidate Requirements & Profile

• Mandatory Language Skills:
  • Bilingual Command: Fluent command of both Czech and Polish (written and spoken) is strictly required, including the ability to transition effortlessly between both languages in a professional setting.
  • Business English: At least B2 (Upper-Intermediate) proficiency is needed to work with technical software, create internal documentation, and join global team discussions.
