- Champion a strong safety and environmental culture
- Maintain and improve EHS systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VCA)
- Support projects with safety methodologies (HAZOP, RAMS, PSSR)
- Act as EHS point of contact for operational field teams
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site safety reviews
- Investigate incidents and define preventive measures
- Deliver EHS training and awareness programs
- Ensure compliance with BE/NL regulations and reporting
- 5+ years in EHS within an industrial or service environment
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations (Belgium required, NL is a plus)
- Experience with EHS management systems (ISO 45001 / VCA)
- Familiar with project safety tools (HAZOP, RAMS…) is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset
- Autonomous, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset
- Strong communicator with influencing skills
