As an Intern you will actively contribute to the business growth of ACT-ON Group in Belgium by supporting the sales and marketing teams in their daily tasks:
1. Sales Support
Prospecting and identifying new potential clients (B2B).
Preparing sales proposals and client presentations.
Assisting with CRM management and lead follow-up.
Assisting with the organization of sales meetings and client events.
2. Marketing & Communications
Contributing to the digital communication strategy (LinkedIn newsletters website).
Creating marketing content (visuals posts short videos articles).
Tracking marketing performance (KPIs campaigns lead generation).
Support during internal and external events (trade shows seminars etc.).
3. Team Life & Internal Projects
Collaboration with international teams (France Germany Switzerland Poland Spain).
Involvement in cross-functional projects.
Qualifications :
Desired Profile
Business school communications or university student (Bachelors to Masters degree).
Strong interpersonal skills creativity and a team player.
Proficiency in office software and social media.
Preference for dynamic fast-paced environments.
Interest in sales marketing and the tech and HR sectors.
Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch
