Functieomschrijving

  • Serve as the primary legal contact for all career‑related legal matters concerning employees of the Belgian Railways (NMBS/SNCB).
  • Provide well‑foundated legal analyses and opinions.
  • Contribute to drafting and harmonizing internal regulations.
  • Monitor and anticipate legislative and case‑law developments.
  • Act as the legal liaison with external counsel.
  • Collaborate closely with other Legal & Knowledge teams.
  • Participate in optimization projects within your area of expertise.
  • Contribute to the creation and sharing of knowledge.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in HR, Law, Labour Sciences, or Economics with a social orientation.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in social/labour relations.
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of Dutch (B2 level).
