Within our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division we deliver advanced solutions that help physicians manage heart rhythm disorders and improve patient outcomes.
We are currently looking for a Field Technical Engineer Wallonia to join our CRM team.
In this role you will provide expert technical and clinical support to healthcare professionals while partnering closely with our sales team to drive business success. This is a field-based role requiring strong clinical expertise collaboration and a customer-focused mindset.
What Youll Do
Provide high-quality technical and clinical application support to healthcare professionals
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support CRM procedures and optimize customer experience
Deliver efficient technical support enabling the sales team to focus on achieving performance targets
Ensure compliance with corporate policies including pricing quotations credit terms expense reporting and quality standards
Apply best-practice guidelines before during and after customer support activities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive products and market developments
Represent Abbott with professionalism and integrity at all times
Ensure full compliance with Healthcare Professional (HCP) guidelines
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in a technical or medical field or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years in a similar role)
Strong understanding of the cardiovascular market
Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
