Your responsibilities

The role as a Project Manager in the Strategy and Transformation will demand exceptional project management expertise strong financial insight and the ability to thrive in a dynamic international and cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning business and IT objectives ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectivelywithin scope on time on budget and in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The main subjects that will play a key role in your position are:

• Manage full project lifecyclesfrom initiation through to successful delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
• Define governance frameworks milestones KPIs and reporting structures
• Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders
  • Act as the central point of contact between business teams (finance operations sales legal) and IT
  • Drive alignment on priorities timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with international teams and external partners/vendors
  • Foster strong collaboration through clear communication and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor Financial & Project Performance
  • Track budgets costs and overall project performance
  • Support business case development and financial follow-up
  • Ensure full transparency through regular and structured reporting

Who are we looking for

• Education: Masters degree in Business Finance Engineering or similar
• Experience: 510 years in project management ideally in leasing mobility automotive or financial services with international exposure
• Skills: Strong project management methods (Agile/Waterfall/PRINCE2) solid financial understanding excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills able to work in fast-paced environments
• You have experience with tools like: MS Project Jira or similar
• Languages: Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus
