We are looking for an Information Governance & Privacy Manager to lead and strengthen our information governance framework in this strategic role you will help ensure the responsible compliant and effective use of information and data while enabling business growth and innovation.

Working closely with teams across Privacy Legal IT Security Data Management Product and Client Services you will act as a trusted advisor driving best practices in information governance compliance and risk management.

What Youll Do

• Lead information governance initiatives across Belgium.
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with privacy security contractual intellectual property and AI-related requirements.
• Promote practical risk-based governance solutions that support business objectives.
• Develop and monitor governance metrics KPIs and continuous improvement plans.
• Support audits risk assessments CAPAs and remediation activities.
• Collaborate with global governance and privacy teams to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide governance initiatives and strategic priorities.
• Provide governance expertise in discussions with strategic data suppliers and partners.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in information governance data privacy compliance information security or a related field.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills ideally in a complex or international environment.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
• Excellent communication skills translating complex requirements into practical business guidance.
• A proactive solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of information governance principles data lifecycle management data classification and regulatory compliance frameworks.
