Bij AE helpen we organisaties hun IT-landschap strategisch te hertekenen , zodat technologie en business naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Met onze "just enough architecture" -aanpak begeleid je als Enterprise IT Architect bedrijven bij deze transformatie door de juiste processen, structuren en technologieën te adviseren en implementeren.

  • Je brengt de huidige IT-architectuur in kaart, en bent een drijvende kracht in het uittekenen van de referentie architectuur als kompas voor transformatie.
  • Vanuit je brede kijk op het IT-landschap, ondersteun je strategie definitie (digitale én IT-strategie) alsook de realisatie ervan door middel van identificatie en initiatie van transformatie projecten.
  • Vanuit een open blik op marktevoluties, ondersteun je innovatie op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je staat in voor de belangrijke architecturale keuzes , zoals buy vs. build, en bewaakt zo de evolutie van het IT-landschap.
  • Tenslotte ben je een sterke communicator die in staat is om op verschillende niveaus - van C-level tot technische specialisten – de juiste boodschap te brengen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Brede expertise in IT-architectuur , met ervaring in zowel technische als applicatie-architectuur binnen diverse omgevingen.
  • Sterke analytische en strategische skills , in staat om verschillende scenario’s objectief te evalueren en gefundeerde keuzes te maken op basis van feiten en klantcontext
  • Grondige kennis van moderne architectuurprincipes , waaronder integratie, data architectuur, Cloud & security.
  • Innovatieve en toekomstgerichte visie , waarbij platformopzet wordt bekeken in relatie tot security, front-end engineering, backend services, data analytics, IoT en MDM.
  • Ervaring met softwareselectie en proof of concepts , en bijdragen aan best practices en referentie-architecturen in een snel veranderende markt.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands, met de vaardigheid om complexe concepten helder over te brengen aan zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders.
  • Samen met ervaren peers maak je deel uit van een sterke architectuurcommunity . Tegelijk verwachten we dat je ook zelf een actieve rol opneemt in de ontwikkeling van anderen, door kennis te delen en collega-architecten mee te trekken in hun groei.
  • Je komt terecht in een snelgroeiende organisatie waarbij de focus op persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling door middel van kenniswerking en coaching centraal staan.
  • We zijn een Belgische organisatie met 400 werknemers. Ons hoofdkantoor is gelegen in Leuven en we hebben ook satellietkantoren in Groot-Bijgaarden, Berchem, Gent en Hasselt.
