This is a remote position.
Nextlink is seeking an experienced IT SME BPM (business process management) professional to join our team. You will be responsible for administration support and continuous improvement of the organizations iGrafx BPM system and TIM Solutions automation module covering process modelling repository automation and all interfaces. Acts as technical/functional expert for process modeling workflow automation system integration and lifecycle management working with business stakeholders IT and vendors.

Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors in IT CS Business Info Systems Engineering or related Experience: 5 years supporting BPM platforms; hands-on iGrafx (or similar); workflow automation implementation; system admin/app support/business analysis; JavaScript form development; stakeholder-facing process design work Technical: iGrafx Process360 (or similar) TIM Solutions automation JavaScript Azure DevOps SmartClient Postman Python; BPMN/SIPOC/VSM knowledge; API/integration/data familiarity; SSO/AD/RBAC understanding; reporting tools Nice to have: PowerBI/Fabric Azure Cloud SQL/Oracle/T-SQL ORDS Java Linux XML Preferred: BPM certification (ABPMP/CBPP); regulated industry experience (pharma healthcare manufacturing finance); cloud enterprise apps; PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum) Key Competencies: BPM expertise workflow automation design technical troubleshooting systems integration stakeholder & vendor management analytical thinking continuous improvement documentation/compliance communication/training Success Measures: High system availability/performance reduced manual work via automation policy compliance measurable business value from optimization
