Were looking for bright motivated interns to join our Human Resources department. As part of the Human Capital team at PwC Belgium youll work alongside a diverse group of HR professionals each with unique talents and expertise and take on real responsibilities across one or more Business Units.

HR Business Partner Where HR meets business strategy

Curious about how HR drives business success Step into a role at the heart of strategy and people and discover how great HR partners truly make a difference. As an HR Business Partner intern youll:

• Take on anadvisory roleand contribute to the execution of both the Global and Belgian Human Capital strategy.
• Be apoint of contactfor employees and leadership on HR-related matters a true connector between the business and various Human Capital stakeholders.
• Help translate the results of theannual People Surveyinto actionable insights and support the creation of a strategic Business Unit plan together with the HR Business Consultants.
• Assist intalent management processes including preparation for performance and reward cycles and support exit conversations and related follow-up.
• Contribute to a variety ofHR projectsrelated to talent management reporting and people experience.
• Help review HR processes identifying opportunities forautomation improvement and better alignmentacross departments and stakeholders.

About you

Youre someone who...

• Is afinal-year Bachelors or Masters studentin Law Human Resources Office Management Business Administration or a related field.
• Wants todive into the world of HRand discover what makes great people strategies.
• Is looking for aschool internship of at least 3 months.
• Speaksfluent Dutch and/or French plus English.
• Isenthusiastic motivated and a true team playerwith a real passion for people.
• Hasstrong organizational skillsand a hands-on mentality.
• Lovescommunicating connecting and collaboratingwith others.
• Iscomfortable with MS Officeand has a natural feel for digital tools.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environmentand adapts easily to change.
