The Role

The financial services industry is rapidly evolving through the adoption of Digital Assets Blockchain Tokenization and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). These technologies are reshaping payments capital markets digital identity custody and the way financial institutions create exchange and manage value.

As a Business Analyst Digital Assets & Blockchain you will join Capcos consulting team and work on strategic client transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to understand business needs optimize processes and translate innovative ideas into practical business solutions.

Whether supporting tokenization initiatives blockchain-based platforms digital wallets or emerging Digital Asset use cases you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the future of financial services.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business requirements and business processes.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear business requirements and user stories.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners Functional Analysts Solution Architects and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management activities.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

What Were Looking For

Experience

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience within banking payments capital markets insurance or financial services.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with BPMN or similar process modelling techniques is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience working on Digital Asset Blockchain or Tokenization initiatives within the financial services sector.

Business & Technical Skills

• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into business requirements user stories and process documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies Jira and Confluence.

Digital Assets & Blockchain Experience

Were looking for professionals with practical experience in one or more of the following domains:

Languages

• Professional proficiency in English.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Economics Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
