About the team

Youll be part of our Financial Services Governance Risk & Compliance team within Assurance supporting leading insurance and financial services organisations.

Thats where you come in. Youll advise top players in the Belgian and international market and play a key role in helping them navigate transformation in a controlled compliant and future-ready way.

Youll help clients strengthen their operating models improve control frameworks and embed sustainable technology-enabled processes.

What your day will look like

Youll take ownership of transformation engagements and deliver tangible impact:

• Lead end-to-end insurance transformation programmes from strategy to implementation
• Drive process and digital improvements across underwriting claims and finance balancing efficiency data and risk control
• Strengthen governance risk and compliance frameworks ensuring regulatory alignment and audit readiness
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing clear strategic insights on transformation and market developments
• Lead and coach teams ensuring high-quality delivery collaboration and continuous improvement
