Technical Project Manager

Context
As part of its ticketing system renewal program we are seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate the implementation of the programs technical aspects. The role covers the following three projects:
Installation of new ticketing equipment (validators sales terminals control devices etc.)
Dismantling and recycling of existing equipment
Implementation and monitoring of the hardware maintenance system
The incumbent will play a key integration role between business teams technical teams regional Business Units and external suppliers.

Your mission
You will assume full responsibility for three major technical projects within the ticketing program:
1. Equipment Installation
You will manage all activities involved in installing new equipment on the LETEC network:
definition of strategies and deployment plans;
definition and validation of installation plans on all types of LETEC vehicles and rental companies;
coordination of installations on vehicles and infrastructure;
verification of the quality of the installations;
monitoring of testing platforms and laboratories;
organization of pilots and gradual deployments;
coordination of interventions with regional operators;
monitoring of schedules and dependencies with other projects in the program.

2. Dismantling & Recycling
You are organizing the gradual removal of the existing ticketing equipment:
Preparation of the uninstallation specifications;
Coordination of dismantling operations;
Monitoring of the storage recovery or recycling of the material;
Monitoring of urban planning restoration of impacted infrastructure;
Coordination with technical services and the design office.

3. Hardware Maintenance
You will build and implement the operational maintenance model for new equipment in partnership with internal operational stakeholders:
Definition of maintenance processes;
Implementation of spare parts management;
Monitoring of maintenance contracts;
Monitoring of SLAs established in the market;
Coordination of corrective and preventive interventions;
Monitoring availability indicators.

Financial and contractual management
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the financial scope of the sub-projects.

In this capacity you:
Analyze the requests for additional orders issued by suppliers;
Challenge their technical justification;
Approve or reject requests in collaboration with the program manager;
Verify the quantities actually executed before invoicing;
Ensure consistency between services performed and amounts invoiced;
Contribute to maintaining the overall program budget within a constant financial scope;
Prepare the elements for financial reporting and budget monitoring.
Stakeholder management

You lead a cross-functional project team composed of:
Experts from the Transversal Directorate of LETEC;
Representatives from the five regional Business Units;
Operational teams;
Maintenance teams;
Infrastructure teams;
From external suppliers.

You ensure:
The coordination of the work;
The organization of the workshops;
The alignment of stakeholders;
Risk management and arbitration;
Regular communication to the programs governance.
