Job Purpose
The Senior Manager Corporate Security Europe & Middle East is responsible for overseeing all corporate security operations across the Europe and Middle East regions.
This new role will help ensure the protection of employees assets and operations while helping enable business continuity and growth in diverse and complex risk environments.
The position requires strategic leadership strong regional risk awareness and close collaboration with business leaders HR Legal Compliance IT and external partners to proactively manage security risks and respond to security incidents.
In line with Corporate Security programs and governance this position will be responsible for building the Corporate Security foundations across Europe and the Middle East regions working closely with regional business and functional leadership.
Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education Master other certification:
Bachelors Degree in Security Management Criminal Justice International Relations or a related field.
Experience (years):
10 years of progressive experience in a corporate security department with
regional or international responsibility
Proven regional expertise managing security operations across Europe and/or the Middle East.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of security standards threat assessment incident reporting crisis management and workplace violence.
Knowledge of supply chain security programs such as AEO.
Languages Skills:
English fluency is required. Additional language skills aligned with the EMEA Footprint
Soft/Behavioral Skills:
Excellent communication skills and ability to summarize information.
Strong business acumen and stakeholder collaboration.
Track record of driving security initiatives across cross-functional projects.
High integrity ethical standards and discretion.
