Europe & Mexico HR Leader — Strategy, Change & Talent

Premium Sound Solutions America LLC is seeking a Head of Europe & Mexico to design and implement a strategic HR agenda across Europe and Mexico, including leadership development and organizational change initiatives.

The role also provides part‑time strategic support to the Belgium site, focusing on HR budgeting, employee relations, and compliance with labour legislation. Based in Belgium, you will report to the CHRO and collaborate with business leaders.
