As a Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of lawyers and contribute to the smooth running of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Agenda management, organisation of meetings en events.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handling calls, emails and correspondence.
  • Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents, presentations, reports and correspondence.
  • Supporting billing processes and expense reporting.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the Brussels and international offices to ensure seamless support.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative, Legal Assistant, Management Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment is an asset.
  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus
  • You have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • You are proactive, adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
