As part of the international EPSA Group, Kronos by EPSA support clients across a wide range of industries, providing expertise in areas including Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance, Digital Transformation.

We help organizations across a wide range of industries strengthen their teams by providing experienced consultants for project-based assignments. Working on-site at our clients' premises, our consultants become part of their teams, delivering expertise where it matters most.

About the role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Developer with a true hunter mentality to expand our consulting business.

Building a client portfolio from scratch is what drives you.

This is a pure business development role. You will proactively identify new opportunities, approach prospects through cold calling and networking, and build a strong portfolio of clients. Opportunities won't come to you, you will create them.

If you enjoy opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and turning prospects into long-term clients, this role is for you.

Working closely with our consultants and delivery teams, you will develop long-term partnerships and contribute to the continued growth of our business.


Your responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research;
  • Develop and execute a targeted prospecting strategy to generate new business opportunities;
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers and understand their business challenges;
  • Present our consulting services and position the right consultants for client needs;
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and become their trusted partner;
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately manage opportunities in the CRM system;
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition and consultants to match the right expertise with client projects;
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close deals;
  • Achieve and exceed business development targets.

Profile sought

  • You have a genuine passion for sales and business development with 4-5 years proven track record in the scope;
  • Experience in B2B business development within consulting, staffing or professional services is a strong asset;
  • You are not afraid of cold calling and enjoy opening new doors;
  • You have a resilient mindset and see rejection as part of the sales process;
  • You are proactive, persuasive, and results-driven;
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • You are fluent in French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other national language and a good command of English.
