As part of the growth of SII Group Belgium , we are strengthening our Sales team and looking for a Business Manager to join our newly created IT Business Unit .
In this role, you will play a key part in SII's success in Belgium by combining business development, recruitment, and team management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around two main areas:
Your responsibilities include prospecting new clients, conducting customer meetings, identifying and qualifying opportunities, responding to tenders, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with key accounts.
