Functieomschrijving
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen rond payroll, sociale wetgeving en personeelsadministratie.
  • Je verzorgt de loonadministratie van A tot Z in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Je controleert loongegevens, uurroosters, afwezigheden, maaltijd- en ecocheques en andere payroll-gerelateerde elementen.
  • Je beheert personeelsdossiers en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van alle HR-documenten.
  • Je staat in voor de volledige administratieve opvolging van in-, door- en uitstroomprocessen.
  • Je behandelt contracten, addenda, sociale documenten en diverse verlofregelingen.
  • Je volgt dossiers inzake hospitalisatieverzekeringen en arbeidsongevallen nauwgezet op.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan HR-projecten en procesoptimalisaties.
  • Je actualiseert HR-documentatie en zorgt ervoor dat deze conform de laatste wetgeving blijft.
  • Je houdt sociaal-juridische ontwikkelingen op de voet en vertaalt deze naar de interne werking.




  • Jebeschikt overeenbacheloropleiding ofgelijkwaardigeervaring.
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring opgebouwd binnen payroll, HR-administratie of een sociaal secretariaat.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Frans en Nederlands.
  • Kennis van sociale wetgeving vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met payrollsystemen zoals E-Blox is een troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk.
  • Je bent discreet en gaat vertrouwelijk om met gevoelige informatie.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig prioriteiten bepalen.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met collega's.
