Votre rôle
Vous intégrerez l’équipe informatique d’une agence gouvernementale moderne et engagée dans la digitalisation de ses services.
Votre mission consistera à assurer la gestion et le suivi d’une plateforme ITSM (IT Service Management), outil centralisant l’ensemble des processus liés au support et à la gestion des services informatiques.
