About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers providing professional and efficient support in both Dutch and English. Youll handle customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure every interaction delivers an excellent customer experience.
Please note that relocation support is not provided for this position. Candidates should already have the legal right to work in Portugal or be willing to relocate to Porto independently at their own expense.
