Mro Buyer

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) Buyer who combines technical understanding with strong procurement skills. Your primary focus will be MRO spare parts, tools, technical services

As an MRO Buyer you will work in close collaboration with maintenance and engineering, be thriving in a hands‑on industrial environment and contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization in Procurement. You will be part of the BENE Procurement Team and collaborate closely with technical teams, maintenance, production, finance and external suppliers.

As an MRO Buyer, you will be responsible for the following tasks :

• You manage the procurement of MRO-related goods and services (spare parts, tools, maintenance services, etc.) for some of the business lines;
  
• You work closely with maintenance, engineering, and suppliers to understand needs and find suitable solutions;
  
• You build and maintain strong supplier relationships within the BENE region;
  
• You conduct price analysis, negotiations, and support contract management;
  
• You monitor deliveries, service quality, and resolve issues proactively;
  
• You contribute to inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal profile of an MRO Buyer :

• Minimum of 3 years experience in MRO procurement or technical purchasing;
  
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch;
  
• Solid understanding of technical materials and industrial maintenance processes;
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align with internal stakeholders;
  
• A proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  
• A structured approach to analysis, supplier management, and problem solving;
  
• A collaborativemindset and willingness to support procurement activities beyond MRO when needed;
  
• A natural curiosity to learn and develop further in procurement;
  
• Experience withSAP / S/4 HANA.
