Data Engineer Oracle naar Microsoft Fabric

Onze klant zet zijn legacy Oracle-omgeving stop en stapt volledig over op Microsoft Fabric en Azure SQL. Het volledige platform wordt opnieuw gebouwd, een mooie kans voor iemand die dat soort projecten graag trekt.

De rol

  • Schema's, stored procedures en ETL-workflows migreren van Oracle naar Fabric en Azure SQL.
  • PL/SQL vertalen naar T-SQL en PySpark, met oog voor performantie.
  • Pipelines bouwen met Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2 en Spark notebooks, en data modelleren in OneLake via een medallion-architectuur.
  • Validatie en reconciliatie opzetten zodat bron en doel kloppen.
  • Samenwerken met BI om Power BI-rapporten vlot te houden, Direct Lake waar het past.
  • Governance, security en CI/CD-best practices neerzetten over de Fabric workspaces heen.

Jouw profiel

  • Stevige ervaring met Oracle en PL/SQL, inclusief performantie-tuning.
  • Goede T-SQL-kennis en ervaring met SQL Server of Azure SQL.
  • Hands-on ervaring met Microsoft Fabric of de bouwstenen ervan (Synapse, Data Factory, OneLake, Power BI).
  • Python en PySpark op schaal, met ETL/ELT op Azure.
  • Minstens één grote dataplatform-migratie achter de rug.
  • Git, CI/CD, dimensioneel modelleren en lakehouse-patronen als vanzelfsprekend onderdeel van je werkwijze.

  • Microsoft-certificering: DP-700, DP-600 of DP-203.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Purview, DAX of streaming (Event Hubs, Eventstream). xlxgzvr
  • Migratiegereedschap zoals SSMA for Oracle, of infrastructure-as-code met Terraform of Bicep.
