Vadigran Group is een groeiende speler in de huisdierensector (€32M omzet, B2B & D2C), met merken als Vadigran, Valadis, Vadipro en Fantail. Wij moderniseren pet retail: jarenlange ervaring gecombineerd met een frisse, innovatieve aanpak.
Om onze groei te ondersteunen zoeken we een Group Controller — de rechterhand van de CFO voor group accounting, consolidatie en reporting.
Jouw rol Jij bent eigenaar van de cijfers van de groep. Je stuurt de boekhouding over onze Belgische en Franse entiteiten, trekt de maandafsluiting en bouwt het controllingmodel dat het management scherp zicht geeft op kosten en omzet. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO.
Een boeiende uitdaging: meerdere entiteiten en businessmodellen, meerdere landen en boekhoudprincipes, een ERP-transformatie in de pijplijn, en dit alles in een drietalige omgeving (FR/NL/EN).
Een typische dag? Je checkt in bij het financeteam om issues vroeg te detecteren en structureel op te lossen. Je duikt in een ad-hocanalyse voor het management. En maandelijks presenteer je de cijfers aan de P&L owners — waarbij je aanstuurt op performantie, niet op status quo.
