Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden

• Leiden van budgetterings-, forecast- en financiële planningsactiviteiten voor de site in Halle.
• Monitoren van prestaties ten opzichte van budget en resultaten van het voorgaande jaar, en identificeren van risico's, kansen en corrigerende maatregelen.
• Analyseren van productiekosten, inclusief grondstoffen, arbeid, overheadkosten en algemene beheerskosten.
• Ondersteunen van kostenoptimalisatie-initiatieven binnen operations en supply chain.
• Samenwerken met Supply Chain-, Pricing- en Operations‑teams om winstgevendheid en efficiëntie te verbeteren.
• Beheren van voorraden, reserveonderdelen, CAPEX, voorzieningen en crediteuren om cashflow en liquiditeit te optimaliseren.
• Opstellen van financiële rapporten, analyses en dashboards ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming.
• Ontwikkelen en monitoren van KPI's, BPI's en andere financiële prestatie-indicatoren.
• Ondersteunen van investeringsanalyses, businesscases en ROI-evaluaties.
• Waarborgen van naleving van financiële regelgeving, interne controles en auditvereisten.
• Ondersteunen van interne en externe audits en zorgen voor tijdige afronding van bevindingen.
• Leiding van continue verbeterprojecten op het gebied van kostprijsberekening, voorraadbeheer, datakwaliteit en operationele prestaties.

Over Jou

• Bacheloropleiding in Finance, Accounting, Economie of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
• 4 tot 6 jaar (of meer) ervaring in Finance Business Partnering, Controlling of een vergelijkbare financiële functie binnen een productieomgeving.
• Ervaring binnen een multinationale organisatie, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie of B2B-sector.
• Sterk inzicht in manufacturing finance, operational excellence, controlling en supply chain finance.
• Ervaring in samenwerking met site management en senior stakeholders.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een hands‑on, oplossingsgerichte mindset.
• Uitstekende stakeholdermanagement‑ en communicatievaardigheden.

About The Role

As a Finance Business Partner CSD, you act as the financial business partner for the Halle manufacturing site, supporting operational performance, financial planning and strategic decision‑making. You serve as the financial eyes of the plant, providing insights, analysis and recommendations that help drive profitability, operational excellence and business growth. Working closely with site leadership and cross‑functional teams, you ensure financial considerations are embedded into key business decisions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities for the Halle plant.
• Monitor performance against budget and prior year results, identifying risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, overheads and G&A expenses.
• Support cost optimization initiatives across operations and supply chain.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Pricing and Operations teams to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Manage inventory, spare parts, CAPEX, provisions and accounts payable to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, BPIs and other financial performance indicators.
• Support investment evaluations, business cases and ROI assessments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Drive continuous improvement projects related to costing, inventory, data accuracy and operational performance.
• Support make‑or‑buy analyses and subcontracting evaluations.
• Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support the execution of site and cluster performance improvement programs.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 4–6 years (or more) of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Controlling or a similar finance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a multinational organization, preferably within food manufacturing or B2B industries.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, operational excellence, controlling and supply chain finance.
• Experience working with site leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to challenge, influence and drive change in a constructive manner.
• Team player with a proactive and agile approach.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

À Votre Sujet

• Diplôme universitaire en Finance, Comptabilité, Économie ou domaine connexe.
• 4 à 6 ans (ou plus) d'expérience en Finance Business Partnering, Contrôle de Gestion ou fonction financière similaire dans un environnement industriel.
• Expérience au sein d'une organisation multinationale, idéalement dans l'industrie agroalimentaire ou le secteur B2B.
• Bonne compréhension de la finance industrielle, de l'excellence opérationnelle, du controlling et de la finance supply chain.
• Expérience de collaboration avec la direction du site et des parties prenantes senior.
• Excellentes capacités analytiques avec une approche pragmatique et orientée solutions.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes.
• Capacité à challenger, influencer et conduire le changement de manière constructive.
• Esprit d'équipe avec une approche proactive et agile.
