Property Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Property Accountant to join a leading company specializing in real estate consulting and services, based in Brussels.

Your Responsibilities

As a Property Accountant, you will be independently responsible for managing the accounting activities of a diversified portfolio of real estate assets.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of property accounting, including rent invoicing, indexation, service charges, and accounting reconciliations.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial transactions and cash flows related to the properties.
• Preparing budgets, financial reports, and variance analyses.
• Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Acting as the main point of contact for property owners and tenants regarding all accounting-related matters.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and reporting tools.

Your Profile

• You have solid experience as a Property Accountant.
• You are fully autonomous in real estate and property accounting.
• You are fluent in French or English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is a major advantage.
• Experience with Netika or another property management software is highly desirable.
• You are organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
