As a Deviation Specialist at Vulcain Engineering Belgium, you will work on projects in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries, from process design to commissioning, and be involved in all phases of a project according to your interests.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Identify, record, and track deviations in production.
- Investigate root causes and assess impact on product quality.
- Propose, implement, and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with GMP and internal procedures.
- Communicate with production and quality teams on deviation status.
- Support continuous improvement to reduce recurring incidents.
ABOUT YOU:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in bioengineering, biotechnology, biological engineering or related field
- 3 to 6 years of experience
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech regulations and standards (mostly GMP)
- Analytical mindset, growing autonomy, and team spirit
- Willingness to travel to project sites
