🚀 We're hiring: Senior Regional Trade Marketing Coordinator
🌍 Europe — Benelux Focus | EMEA Team
Are you an experienced Trade Marketing professional who enjoys turning international campaigns into strong local activations? At SKIL, we're looking for a Senior Regional Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEA team.
In this role, you'll coordinate and support trade marketing activities across the Benelux and selected European markets. You'll work closely with Sales, European Marketing, local teams, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, consistently, and on time.
This is a hands-on international role where you'll combine coordination, commercial thinking, and execution.
🎯 What you'll do
• Coordinate the implementation of regional trade marketing plans
• Translate global campaigns into relevant local retail activations
• Coordinate projects, timelines, materials, and stakeholders
• Support Sales teams and selected key accounts with tailored marketing activities
• Monitor budgets, campaign performance, and agreed KPI’s
• Analyse results and identify opportunities for improvement
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure activities comply with company processes and brand guidelines
✅ What you bring
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Approximately 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing
• Experience within an international environment, preferably in FMCG, durable goods, DIY, or a related industry
• Experience in Trade and/or Channel Marketing working across multiple European markets
• A good understanding of retail activation and trade marketing principles
• A commercial, analytical, and results-driven mindset
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach
• The ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluent English and French required; a good command of Dutch is a strong advantage
