Functieomschrijving
  • Je verdiept je in de werking van onze geautomatiseerde infrastructuurinstallaties. Hiervoor word je mee ingeschakeld bij de inbedrijfnames van deze installaties, met als doel een grondige kennis op te bouwen, wat van pas komt bij het latere storingsonderzoek.
  • Je diagnosticeert complexe en minder complexe problemen en tracht storingen preventief te detecteren en te verhelpen
  • Bij die storingen verzorg je de benodigde acties, stelt de diagnoses en verzorgt de communicatie aangaande incidenten, escalaties, herstelwerkzaamheden, interventies, lessons learned aan zowel de klant als het interne projectteam
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van gegevens die je ontvang vanuit een projectteam bij een opdracht tot inbedrijfname.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van gegevens die je ontvang vanuit een projectteam bij opname in het wachtsysteem
  • Je waarborgt een correcte rapportage van oproepen met betrekking tot herstellingen, en stelt deze voor aan de projectmanager van de betrokken projecten.
  • Je implementeert je eigen verbeteringsvoorstellen en voorziet hierbij de engineering en coördinatie van eventuele onderaannemers en/of andere collega's
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de (ICT) safety en security-eisen worden gerespecteerd in de projecten die je beheert, volgens de wettelijke en interne richtlijnen en die van de klant

  • Je behaalde een relevant hoger diploma (elektromechanica, …) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt reeds de nodige relevante werkervaring in industriële automatisering waardoor je de nodige maturiteit meebrengt in de rol.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met PLC's, industriële netwerken en SCADA en hebt ervaring met elektrische hardware
  • Je kan elektrische plannen lezen en hebt ervaring met elektrische hardware
  • Je gaat gestructureerd en georganiseerd te werk en neemt een trekkersrol op binnen je team.
  • Je bent gedreven, hands-on, communicatief en klantgericht
  • Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt
