We are looking for a proactive and analytical CRM & Salesforce Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our Veeva CRM system — and Salesforce or similar platforms where relevant. You will be the go-to person for the sales team, keeping the system running smoothly, digging into performance metrics, and helping everyone get the most out of the tools they use every day.

About the role

You will act as a key point of contact for the sales team, helping to ensure smooth use of the system, analysing sales performance metrics, and supporting overall CRM effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on, collaborative attitude. Please note the role includes a degree of administrative work, so part of the day-to-day tasks are repetitive in nature.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the Veeva CRM application
• Assist all users across the organisation in effectively using the system
• Support the sales team with questions and issues related to Veeva and Salesforce
• Design and deliver training sessions for team members on system use and best practices
• Analyse Salesforce metrics to evaluate team performance and effectiveness
• Work on product segmentation analysis and provide insights to optimise sales strategies
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth CRM operations
• Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements as needed

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar analytical or CRM support role
• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM preferred; Salesforce or other CRM xlxgzvr platforms also accepted
• Sales force effectiveness experience is a strong plus
• Experience working with a CRM system is required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data
• Excellent Excel skills
• IT-minded with a comfortable, curious approach to technical environments
• Excellent communication and training skills — able to support and guide non-technical users
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (required)
• Dutch is a strong advantage; knowledge of a third language is a welcome bonus
