Role Overview

The Client Partner (CP) owns profitable growth, relationship expansion, and delivery assurance for a portfolio of CPG clients headquartered or operating in Belgium. The role blends CXO relationship management, deal shaping, and pipeline orchestration across TCS service lines (Applications, Cloud/Infra, Data & AI, Digital Engineering, Cybersecurity, BPS), leveraging TCS assets to create business value and competitive differentiation for CPG customers in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth & Deal Leadership: Own annual Revenue ($20Mn) and TCV ($30Mn) goals, drive growth across service lines.
• Pipeline, Forecasting & Governance: Maintain 3–4× pipeline coverage of TCV target with disciplined stage progression and CRM hygiene.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain board/CXO-level relationships and stakeholder maps; increase trust through value conversations.
• Delivery Assurance & Experience: Partner with Delivery to ensure outcomes, margins, and expansion pathways.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track Belgium CPG competitive moves and whitespace; position TCS to win against competition.

Required Qualifications

• 15–20+ years in enterprise sales / account leadership, with CPG domain depth.
• Demonstrated success delivering multi-tower TCV ($20–30Mn+) and annual revenue goals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. (Flemish proficiency preferred).
• Strong governance and forecast discipline, RGS, CRM,Pipeline management

Team & Governance: Weekly opportunity reviews, monthly and Quarterly business review with client leadership.
