En tant qu'IT Support Manager, vous pilotez et développez l’équipe IT Support ainsi que les services associés : parc informatique, infrastructure système, déploiement et support aux utilisateurs. Vous définissez les priorités, pilotez la performance et garantissez la continuité, la qualité et l’amélioration continue des services informatiques internes. Vous assurez la coordination et l’alignement au niveau groupe.
