Position: Business Analyst – Financial Services & Investment

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze and document business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes related to investment services and financial products.
  • Collect and interpret business and financial data to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Business, IT and Compliance stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
  • Support regulatory and transformation initiatives within the financial services sector.
  • Participate in Agile projects from analysis to implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
  • Good understanding of investment products and financial services.
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments (e.g. MiFID) is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
