Position: Program Manager

Responsabilities:

  • Program planning and strategy: Develop a strategic plan for the program, including defining objectives, identifying stakeholders, and outlining a timeline for completion.
  • Resource management: Determine what resources will be required for the program and allocate them accordingly.
  • Risk management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communication and collaboration: Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders and team members, promoting collaboration and coordination across teams and departments.
  • Manage program team: Lead the program team, ensuring that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure program quality: Ensure that the program delivers a high-quality product or service that meets the needs of stakeholders.
  • Program monitoring and evaluation: Track progress, monitor program performance, and evaluate outcomes against established goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder management: Engage and manage the expectations of stakeholders, including customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimise program performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Management, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
  • 7 to 15 years of a proven experience in Program Management
  • Strive for excellence, can-do attitude
  • Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholders including a business audience
  • Result oriented, supported by analytical and critical thinking
  • Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment
  • Knowledge in or interest for Agile, PMI, BPMN, Prince 2, Lean-6 Sigma is an asset
  • Languages:
  • Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,
  • Dutch is an asset
