Position Title: Customer Advisor (Czech & Lithuanian Speaking)

Location: Ghent Belgium (Hybrid: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)

Role Overview

A premier international producer of heavy vehicles and commercial transport technology is hiring a dedicated Customer Advisor to join its facility in Ghent this position your main goal is to minimize fleet downtime and keep global logistics networks moving smoothly. Functioning as a vital liaison between corporate clients and senior engineering teams you will deliver high-level technical direction diagnostic support and custom operational strategies to service partners and fleet managers across the globe.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Serve as a direct line of contact for high-priority inquiries via phone and digital channels maintaining strict brand standards for safety and performance.
  • Complex Problem-Solving: Evaluate multi-faceted operational challenges to deliver rapid data-informed solutions for international business partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering sales and supply chain departments to accelerate issue resolution and maintain precise data records across company platforms.
  • Structured Hybrid Schedule: Work four days on-site at the Ghent office with one flexible remote work day per week.
  • Paid Onboarding Program: Complete a fully compensated initial training module. Prior mechanical or engineering background is not mandatory; all specialized product knowledge is provided.

Candidate Requirements

Language Skills

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Native or fully fluent in Czech and Lithuanian (both oral and written) with the capacity to transition seamlessly between both languages in business contexts.
  • English Competency: Minimum B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) to navigate enterprise software produce reports and communicate with global colleagues.

  • Composure Under Pressure: Ability to manage high-stakes client interactions and maintain focus during peak operational hours.
  • Technical Agility: Proficiency in navigating complex enterprise platforms and managing multiple digital workflows simultaneously.
  • Shift Flexibility: Readiness to work within a 24/7 rotational schedule to sustain continuous coverage for global logistics operations.
