We are supporting NATO in sourcing experienced professionals for mission-critical roles across the Alliance. This is a contract (B2B) engagement delivered on-site, working alongside NATO teams. Key Responsibilities: Work within an integrated NIC + contractor team in a G14-equivalent Chief Technician role Provide Level-2 and Service-Management support for Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests and Tasks, traceable through NCIA ITSM and Azure DevOps Respond, document, categorise and resolve assigned tickets in line with internal processes Install, maintain, monitor and support the JSSC services (NAMIS, CoreGIS, REACT, Intel-FS, ANB, Release Server, HMART, CSD IPL/IWS, ICMT, AOSS, NABI and more) Participate in daily reporting and planning (daily meetings), workshops, events and conferences as directed by the Service Delivery Manager(s) Take part in on-call support as required Required Skills and Qualifications: Solid Level-2 technical support and IT service-management experience Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing workflows (NCIA ITSM, Azure DevOps or equivalent) Exposure to JISR / intelligence-support systems is a strong advantage Flexible, reliable and comfortable with on-call and on-site working If you've read the description and feel the role is a great match, we'd love to hear from you — apply to be directed to a brief questionnaire.
