Home to 315 guestrooms, 18 newly refreshed meeting rooms and one of Belgium's premier conference venues, the hotel welcomes a diverse international mix of corporate, airline and MICE guests. Are you a commercial hunter with a passion for hospitality? Do you thrive on winning new business, building strategic partnerships and leading high-performing sales teams? We're looking for an ambitious Director of Sales to lead the commercial strategy of our international hotel. This isn't an account management role- it's a leadership position for someone who loves prospecting, negotiating and closing deals while leveraging the power of a global hotel network.

What you'll do

• Leading and inspiring a team of business developers with a strong hunting mindset.
• Prospecting, negotiating and securing new local and international accounts.
• Managing the full RFP process and maximizing opportunities from IHG's global sales network.
• Growing our Meetings & Events business by increasing conversion and developing long-term client relationships.
• Using CRM and performance data to build a strong commercial pipeline and deliver measurable results.
• With the help of a marketing officer and/or an agency, leverage digital marketing, content and social media to fuel lead generation, reinforce brand identity and support commercial growth.
• Working closely with the General Manager and operational teams to ensure every client experience matches our commercial promise

Who you are

• A proven hunter with a strong track record of winning new business.
• At least 4 years' experience in hotel or hospitality sales, including team leadership.
• Experience with Corporate, MICE and RFP management within an international environment is a strong advantage.
• Commercially driven, analytical and results oriented.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and managing a structured sales pipeline.
• Fluent in French and Dutch. English is a big asset.
