Are you a structured, detail-oriented professional passionate about building document management systems from the ground up? 📋 We're looking for a Document Management Governance Specialist to develop, harmonize, and lead the adoption of a robust document management governance system! ✨

📋 Key Responsibilities

👉 Develop and configure a harmonized document management governance system
👉 Establish and maintain standards and procedures for metadata, localisation, version control & retention
👉 Coordinate with IT and relevant teams to ensure system compatibility, data migration, data integrity, process efficiency & information security 🔒
👉 Train and support users in document management & archiving best practices, promoting adoption and correct usage 🎓
👉 Monitor compliance with document management policies and intervene when required
👉 Analyse existing processes, design new processes, identify improvement opportunities & lead initiatives to optimise document handling and information management

✅ Requirements

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
🔹 Previous experience setting up or harmonizing a document management governance system in a business or technical environment
🔹 Experience with digitalisation initiatives and change management
🔹 Strong organisational and analytical skills, able to implement structured document control procedures from scratch
🔹 High level of stakeholder management and effective communication skills 🤝
🔹 French or Dutch native speaker, with good knowledge of the other national language and English
