About the role

Are you a motivated student with a passion for Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in an international environment We are looking for an enthusiasticHR Internto join our Benelux HR team.

As anHR Intern Benelux you will support the day-to-day HR activities across the Benelux region. Based inBelgium you will regularly provide on-site support at ourBrussels officeas well as at ourDutch-speaking production sites.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of HR processes while working in a dynamic and multicultural organization.

We count on you to:

• Support the HR team with daily HR administration.
• Assist & Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives and HR project & HR processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation.
• Assist with internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide regular support at our Brussels office and Dutch-speaking production sites.
• Contribute ideas to improve and optimize HR processes.

You will bring:

• You are currentlypursuing a bachelors or masters degree in human resources Human Resource Management Business Administration (HR) Psychology or a related field.
• You are based inBelgium.
• You are fluent inDutch and English both spoken and written and you ideally have a good level of French.
• You are organized accurate and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• You are proactive eager to learn and enjoy working in a team.
• You are interested in gaining practical HR experience within an international organization.
• You are willing to travel regularly between our Belgian locations.
