About PMO-C²Trust: PMO-C²Trust is Kiwa Vinçotte's governance framework for complex industrial investment and engineering projects. Our mission is to help clients translate compliance, conformity and operational requirements into a structured, traceable and manageable project approach that supports a successful License to Operate. We connect project objectives, regulatory obligations, engineering activities, stakeholder responsibilities, conformity requirements and commissioning readiness into one integrated governance model. By creating visibility, accountability and evidence throughout the project lifecycle, we help clients reduce risk, avoid late surprises and achieve safe and compliant project delivery. Your Mission: as a PMO-C²Trust Project Manager, you guide industrial projects from early project definition through engineering, construction, commissioning and operational release. You ensure that compliance, conformity, safety and permitting requirements are identified at an early stage, translated into practical project actions and managed through to successful completion. You act as a trusted governance partner for clients and create alignment between asset owners, engineering teams, suppliers, contractors, inspection bodies and certification organisations. Your work contributes directly to safe start-up, operational readiness and long-term compliance. Your Responsibilities: Compliance & Conformity Management Identify and assess applicable European, national and regional legislation. Develop compliance and conformity roadmaps for industrial projects. Translate requirements related to CE Marking, the EU Blue Guide and regulatory frameworks into clear project deliverables. Coordinate interfaces with inspection bodies, notified bodies, certification organisations and authorities. Support clients in managing compliance risks throughout the project lifecycle. Project Governance & Stakeholder Management Establish project governance structures, reporting lines and decision-making processes. Facilitate stakeholder alignment across clients, engineering teams, contractors and suppliers. Define responsibilities, interfaces and escalation paths. Support steering committees, reviews and key project decision points. Operational Readiness & License to Operate Integrate conformity, safety, environmental and commissioning requirements into project execution. Coordinate the collection and management of required evidence and project documentation. Monitor project readiness, compliance status and key risks. Support evidence-based decisions for commissioning, handover and operational release. The Impact You Will Make: you help clients move from fragmented compliance activities to one integrated and governed project approach. By creating visibility, accountability and readiness throughout the project lifecycle, you contribute to safer start-ups, better decisions and a stronger path towards License to Operate. Help clients deliver safe, compliant and operationally ready industrial projects Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology or another relevant technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial, engineering, infrastructure, energy or manufacturing projects. Proven experience in multidisciplinary project management. Experience with industrial commissioning, conformity assessment, compliance management or operational readiness programmes is a strong asset. Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is considered a plus. Knowledge & Affinity You have experience or affinity with several of the following domains: European product legislation and conformity assessment; CE Marking and EU Blue Guide principles; EU New Legislative Framework (NLF); Industrial commissioning and operational readiness; Environmental permitting and compliance requirements; Occupational safety and statutory inspections; Governance, stakeholder management and stage-gate methodologies. Knowledge of Belgian and Flemish environmental legislation, including VLAREM, is a strong asset. Your strength lies in connecting expertise, asking the right questions and translating complex requirements into a coherent project approach. Competencies You: Translate complexity into structure and action. Are comfortable working with both technical specialists and senior stakeholders. Proactively identify risks, gaps and opportunities. Combine ownership with strong organisational skills. Balance regulatory rigour with practical project delivery. Build trust through a professional, solution-oriented approach.
