As a Traffic Administrator, you provide essential administrative and operational support to our transport team.
You ensure transport documentation is processed accurately, systems are updated on time, and communication with carriers runs efficiently. Through your contribution, you help keep supply chains moving and support the operational excellence our customers rely on.

Tasks:

• Creating and processing transport shipments in our systems;
• Preparing and managing CMR documents;
• Sending EDI messages to carriers and monitoring successful transmission;
• Managing shared mailboxes and handling incoming requests;
• Providing administrative support to transport operations;
• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry;
• Supporting colleagues with operational follow-up and documentation

You bring

• Initial experience in an administrative or back-office support role;
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch;
• Comfortable working in a logistics, transport, or operational environment;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately;
• Good organizational and planning skills;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP functions;
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset;
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift system (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00);
