Inside Sales Representative

Air Liquide Benelux is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. As an inside sales representative you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Besides you must be comfortable having numerous multi channel interactions with customers and prospects per day. You will be working with channel partners and are responsible for generating interest qualifying prospects and closing sales. On a day to day basis you will be in touch with our marketing teams network sales reps customer service operations product management etc.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

• Deliver an excellent customer experience during daily multichannel customer interactions

• Qualifying leads and transforming them into Opportunities to establish commercial proposals

• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repetitive business

• Goes the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

• Performs basic calculations to provide prospects and customers with accurate prices and quote

• Take initiative by informing regular customers of new products or services and price changes

• Saving all customer interactions and sales activities as well updating lead/account information in CRM

• Introduce new innovative Air Liquide solutions to customers and prospects

Are you a MATCH

• Associate/Bachelor diploma in Business administration. Alternative (e.g. marketing sales) or comparable

• 3-4 years professional experience within a fast paced sales inside sales or telesales environment

• Success in creating/chasing cold and warm leads

• Understanding customer needs and requirements and translate them to Air Liquide solutions

• Experience working with or similar CRM and Google (docs spreadsheets) is a strong plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively

• Demonstrated ability of working within a fast paced digital environment maintaining high service standards and usage of analytical skills

• Excellent in Dutch and English with French as a plus
